Professional Repair With Transparent Warranty.

FACEIT SOLUTIONS provides warranty coverage for replacement parts and motherboard repair based on repair category and device condition. Please read the terms carefully before claiming warranty.

Warranty Coverage

Terms
Replacement Parts Warranty

Replacement parts including LCD/OLED display, battery, charging port, speaker and related spare parts are covered under 3 months warranty from repair date.

Motherboard Repair Warranty

Motherboard and board-level repair are covered under 1 month warranty from repair date due to the complex condition of electronic components and previous damage history.

Warranty Claim Conditions

Warranty only covers the same repaired issue. Customers must provide original receipt or proof of repair during warranty claim.

Warranty Void Conditions

Warranty will be void if the device has physical damage, cracked screen, liquid damage, burn marks, bent frame, torn flex cable, missing seal or signs of unauthorized repair after service.

Data Responsibility

Customers are advised to backup important data before repair. FACEIT SOLUTIONS is not responsible for data loss caused by software corruption, storage failure or motherboard condition.

Water Resistance Notice

Water resistance performance is not guaranteed after device opening or repair process even if adhesive sealing is applied.

Important Notice

Some devices with previous repair history, motherboard modification or severe damage may have hidden risks that cannot be predicted during diagnosis. FACEIT SOLUTIONS reserves the right to reject warranty claims if the device condition is beyond repair scope.
